The Step Hotel was great. The one up near the gorillas wasn’t that good (leaking toilet, terrible shower). The one at Lake Kivu was LOVELY. We didn’t want to leave.

I just reached to Dubai after having about 24hrs of rest lol. I had sooooo much fun on the safari! It really was amazing! Thank you so much for finding me this package within my budget. I really enjoyed all the people in safari group as well. 3 nights and 4 days was the perfect stay. We saw the Big 5 so I felt fulfilled. We didn’t see the wildebeest cross over the river, however I know its by chance when you get to see them. But there were wildebeest everywhere. Millions of them. And lions as well. We even saw them feasting on the wildebeest, and the hyenas were feasting on them too.

Masai Mara truly is beautiful. I decided to go on the cultural visit, the entire group elected to go as well so it was cool that we all got to experience it together, and I purchased a handmade pair of earrings from there village. They are extremely warm and nice people.

What I really liked were the local families and children waving at our bus as we passed by, some of them were jumping up and down laughing with joy — as if we were the animals lol. It was such a genuine and sincere welcome, it really warmed my heart.

And guess what? I decided to do the hot air ballon and I loved it! It started to rain at the end of the flight, but I still managed to get great photos and and lots of nice video. The champagne breakfast was great too.

You are an excellent travel agent. I really appreciate your service and definitely will be recommending you to my friends.

We had a great break in Naivasha. The location has a fantastic view of longonot and the lake. There are grounds so my son could run around. The host Mr. Klaus was quite good with Mutua who is quite hyper. The rooms, horse riding, meals all above my expectation. The best part was the watering hole; quite a number of animals come to drink water at night and in the morning. Thanks for arranging it. I would highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time in Naivasha with breath taking sights from the cottage. My family was very pleased with MY TASTE! Thanks a million. You will definitely get more referrals. Thanks again.

The stay at Tawi was exceptional. Nothing close to what we have experienced in the past.
The service was personalized and classy. We loved the lodge, setting and all.
We only had regret after that for not being able to stay longer. We hope to go back there soon.

we LOVED Mbweha. We loved the personal service and the fact that we saw lions really made our day. The food was good and the service was super and they were really child friendly which was important for me. I liked that that the staff were so flexible and engaging. Very professional.
With regard to your service, we admired your professionalism. You were efficient, not pushy, friendly, and communicative and catered wonderfully to our needs. We felt like we were in very good and trusted hands.

The trip to Lake Nakuru was excellent. The birds were lovely and the drive perfect. My husband has recommended you for any of his other co-workers.

Everything went very smoothly and it was a fantastic holiday. I managed to see the BIG 5, which is amazing because we saw a leopard in the day. I also saw an amazing migration of the wildebeest.
Honestly, I was really lucky and saying at two different hotels worked out fabulously. I feel like I truly experience the Mara in its’ full splendour.

I had a great visit overall but my getaway to Malindi was the highlight of it all. Everything went smoothly and the staff at Scorpio Villas made me feel at home. James at the front desk was my favorite. I was not expecting anything special for my birthday so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my room and found a very creative display of birthday well wishes on the bed, and a fruit basket. I was able to enjoy the beach and take it some of the local sites.
As far as your services go, I only have positive feedback. You have great customer service and I plan to call on you for future travel needs and I’ll send business your way. Feel free to send me ongoing specials and travel deals.

We got to the camp and met the wonderful team there so I’m definitely giving a thumbs up for customer service! Paul was exceptionally nice and he will not be forgotten soon. It was a very relaxing place away from the noise of our every day life so that gets a thumbs up as well. The carnivorous meals according to Jonathan, were “excellent” so I will pass along his thumbs up. I loved the two soups on the menu (butternut & vegetable)! The cottages were awesome, beautiful inside and outside and we enjoyed the seclusion.
